Binding Instructions Broker of Record Procedure Certificate of Insurance - A blank certificate of insurance and some instructions to assist in doing a certificate for tow trucks. This is how it works: Go to "I NEED A QUOTE NOW" icon on left or click link of quote desired. Complete the simple quote request and at bottom click SUBMIT. Walla, your done! In most cases your quote will be returned to you via e-mail or fax (your discretion) in less than 20 minutes. You will receive: a Quote Summary reflecting all coverage’s quoted and the premium charged (Some use this as a proposal for the applicant), a completed application to the extent of the information you supplied when inputting the quote and, any other forms that may be required to complete underwriting. |
